Mr. Budd is a Consultant Spinal Surgeon at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust with over 10 years of experience following completion of higher surgical training. With qualifications from the University of Birmingham and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, he brings exceptional expertise to his role as an expert witness.
